Welcome to Leadux. These terms govern your access to and use of our services at leadux.pro, including individual coaching, group coaching, digital courses, and branded materials.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any program, purchasing any item, or accessing any digital resource, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Service Offerings
2.1 Individual Coaching Programs
Our one-on-one sessions focus on leadership style, influence, and group motivation. Sessions are scheduled upon confirmation of full payment.
2.2 Group Coaching Programs
Interactive workshops for teams aimed at improving managerial approach, cohesion, and engagement. Cohort size and schedule vary by program.
2.3 Digital Courses and Resources
On-demand modules covering management style, persuasive leadership, and team dynamics. Access is granted immediately after purchase.
2.4 Branded Materials and Merchandise
Physical publications and branded tools to support your learning journey. Delivery methods depend on location and availability.
3. Cancellation, Scheduling and Reimbursement Policy
3.1 Individual Coaching Programs
Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 72 hours before a session via Contact Us. Approved rescheduling is accommodated at no extra charge. Sessions canceled less than 72 hours in advance are non-reimbursable.
3.2 Group Coaching Programs
Participants may transfer to a future cohort if request is made at least 7 days before program start. Transfers after this deadline or after program commencement are non-reimbursable.
3.3 Digital Courses and Resources
Eligible for a reimbursement request within 14 days of access confirmation if there are technical issues that prevent completion. Requests must be sent via Contact Us. After 14 days or once modules are fully completed, no reimbursement is available.
3.4 Branded Materials and Merchandise
Items may be shipped back in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are borne by the purchaser. Reimbursement is processed within 14 days of receipt of such items.
4. Reimbursement Methods
Approved reimbursements are issued using the original payment method. Processing typically requires 5 to 7 business days after approval.
5. Payment Terms
Fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and must be settled before program or delivery of materials. Payment details are collected securely at checkout.
